For those new to the sport, this 4-week course established the foundations of fencing. Fencers will learn the basic footwork as well as primary offensive and defensive actions. Completion of a beginner class qualifies starting fencers for club membership.
A beginner class starts on the first Monday of each months and continues for 4 weeks. Beginner classes meet Monday from 6:00PM to 7:30PM.
This class is designed to give you a competition-grade level of physical fitness. Class includes warm-up jog, stretching, footwork skills, intense aerobic exercise, and extensive plyometrics.
Conditioning classes are held Monday through Friday from 6:00PM to 6:45PM and Saturday from 10:00AM to 10:45AM.
